Our modern kitchen remodel is nearly finished, but I couldn’t wait to show you the sink area! Since we’ve been staying at home and cooking non-stop, it’s where I spend a lot of time. I absolutely love it! In today’s post I’m sharing more about each product and reviewing each item. Keep reading to see more of our modern kitchen!

BRIZO ARC FAUCET //
When picking out appliances and finishes for our modern kitchen remodel, this faucet was the first thing I had in mind. I had seen it on Pinterest and absolutely loved the subtle gold detail, the texture, and the shape. When it arrived at our home, I almost passed out when I opened the box- it’s even more stunning in person! The best part is that it’s not just beautiful- it’s perfectly functional. The water pressure is incredible and so is the spray setting. The hose is long enough that you can easily clean the sink and wash dishes. The button to turn on the spray setting is super easy to click and the faucet NEVER looks dirty. I’ll be honest, I was worried the flat black might l have fingerprints on it constantly, but because the gold is textured (and the part that you touch most)- it always looks clean!
MISENO CAST IRON SINK //
The sink we went with is the 33” drop-in. It is so awesome. 33” seemed really big to me, but it’s the perfect size for pots and pans. We got the Miseno sink basin rack and it fits perfectly. There’s not one scratch on the sink after months of use and it’s really easy to clean. The shiny black finish looks incredible with our matte black cabinets and dark gray countertops! We ended up getting this Inskinerator flange in black to match the sink and it looks great! There are mixed reviews on the quality, but ours has held up well so far. The garbage disposal comes with a stainless steel flange, but I wanted it to blend in with the sink. I would highly recommend this garbage disposal as well- it’s so quiet!
Overall, I would recommend this entire sink/faucet combo over and over! It is beyond gorgeous, but most importantly it’s functional and the quality is top notch. Stay tuned for more kitchen updates, we should be done soon!

When we moved into our fixer upper, the laundry room wasn’t too high up on our list. However, after the 1980’s washer flooded half of the house, we changed our minds! I had the opportunity to partner with Tailored Living to design our dream laundry room and I couldn’t be more excited to share the before and after photos with you! The laundry room turned out even better than I had imagined and we have so much usable space that we’ve never had before. It’s amazing!
