WOW! Our little baby turned one on May 14th at 7:43 am. I can’t believe it’s been a year already, but it has definitely been the best year of my entire life. Throughout Jett’s helmet journey, I got a lot of questions about it so I wanted to share the whole process with you today since he recently graduated from his helmet!  He wore the helmet for 4 months in total and we are very pleased with his results.  Please keep in mind that I am not a doctor and have tried my best to outline his treatment without being too technical. Lately I’ve gotten a lot of questions about Jett’s schedule and his nightly routine.  In today’s post I’m sharing how we wind down at night time starting with Jett’s bath.  His routine at night is very scheduled so he gets to bed on time, but we’ve made some changes recently that positively impacted his sleep at night, so I’m sharing them with you in today’s post.
