It's fun to stay inside on snow days, but sometimes you have to get out of the house! The last thing you want to do when that happens is sacrifice style. In today's post I'm sharing 6 items that will make styling a chic snow day outfit effortless and exciting!
1. A CHIC PAIR OF SNOW BOOTS

They're not only chic, but they're also practical with their unique sole design that keeps you from slipping. They're also SUPER comfortable- I've worn these walking around town for hours and felt like I was wearing running shoes!
2. A FUN POM POM BEANIE
Pom pom beanies are everywhere this season and they're perfect for a snow day! They'll keep you warm and add some interest to your look. The one I'm wearing in this post is on sale and I also love this version that has a removable fur pom!
3. FRILLY SOCKS
I love wearing socks that are a little bit taller than my snow boots! It not only keeps your legs warmer, but also makes your legs look longer! Sounds like a win-win to me!
4. A SUPER WARM CABLE KNIT SWEATER
I've probably worn this Mark & Graham fisherman sweater more than any item in my closet this season. It's oversized fit and chunky knit are perfect for a snow day. The long length will keep your booty warm too and it's a timeless piece that will never go out of style!
5. LUXE FAUX LEATHER LEGGINGS
Faux leather leggings made an appearance in my snow day post last year and I still believe they're the best option for layering! This time I wore sheer tights underneath for extra warmth, but the Spanx leggings are pretty warm by themselves. The Spanx leggings are a bit of a splurge, but after buying them this year I can't believe that I hadn't sooner! They really are slimming, they're super high waisted and suck in your stomach, and they aren't too shiny like a lot of the cheaper options out there.
6. A WARM BLANKET SCARF
My mom asked me why "everyone" has this scarf and it's because it's so warm and it can be styled so many different ways! That and the color palette is subtle, creating even more reasons why so many ladies love it! It's the perfect finishing look to your snow day #ootd too!
