Eating healthy is a challenge no matter what, but smart snacking is even harder. If you're not into cooking, finding healthy snacks can be even more of a struggle! Recently I discovered 3 pre-made healthy snacks at Trader Joe's that are perfect for on the go and aren't expensive either!
1. NON FAT GREEK YOGURT
The greek yogurt from TJ's is delicious and comes in so many flavors! I love the vanilla, but they truly have something for everyone! It's packed with protein and is just over 100 calories!
2. THAI LIME & CHILI ALMONDS
For a long time, I tried to eat unsalted almonds and finally just got to a point where I couldn't even look at them! I avoided the "flavored" almonds because usually they have so much sodium. The thai lime & chili almonds from Trader Joe's have a low amount of sodium and the perfect amount of spice so you won't want to eat more than a handful.
3. CAGE FREE HARD COOKED PEELED EGGS
Mr. Jones actually discovered these and I totally made fun of him for bringing them home, but they're SO GOOD! I've never had luck peeling hard boiled eggs and who has the time to do that anyway?! I get these every week when I go to the grocery and they've always been super fresh and delicious, especially when you sprinkle a little bit of salt and pepper on them!
