This fall, bell sleeves are back but there is another must-try trend and that is the ruffle sleeve! Similar to a bell sleeve, the ruffle version adds even more interest with ruffles and added volume for more drama. Think of it as a stack of bells as opposed to a simple bell sleeve- ding ding ding!
