This season, flares, fringe, and all things 70s are everywhere! You don't have to go all out to incorporate this trend into your wardrobe, though. Just a piece here and there, like a great pair of flare jeans or a fringe bag will do the trick. The great thing about these jeans is that when paired with a nice heel or bootie, they elongate your legs- yes, please! Pull it together by front-tucking a nice oxford shirt and you're ready! This fall is all about rich wine colored clothing and accessories. Whether you just have a pop of Marsala or wear it from head to toe, both will pair nicely with a glass of red! It also happens to be a beautiful nail color, I love Sally Hansen's 'wine stock' Miracle Gel nail polish. I'm also eyeing this Rebecca Minkoff tote in a delicious shade of 'port,' I just can't get enough of this seasons it color. Cheers!
Labor day is this weekend, but that doesn't mean it's too late to wear an all-white ensemble. In fact, I love to wear monochrome looks year-round. For fall temps, throw on a denim jacket, fringe booties, a nice hat, and you're all set!

I was born and raised a UK Wildcats fan in Lexington, Kentucky. Both Mr. Jones and I went to different universities (I am a proud graduate of the University of Cincinnati DAAP program), however we remain devoted to our home team. This explains why this vintage Kentucky sweater is indeed the most coveted item in my closet. Not only is it a rare find, but I get compliments on it all of the time! Since stumbling upon this unique piece of Wildcat history, I have been on the lookout for a similar varsity sweater that would fit Mr. Jones. I was apprehensive about the blanket scarf trend, but after wearing this one on a snowy day I am hooked! It kept me warm and I felt incredibly cozy.
