FRIDAY FAVORITES: CUTE RUNNING SHOES!
Last week I had a "OH CRAP it's almost summer and where is my summer bod?!" moment, so I have kicked my workouts into high gear in preparation for the beach! One thing that is guaranteed to encourage trips to the gym is cute shoes. The floral print Nike Roshe's were a gift from Mr. Jones last summer and aren't available anymore, but I found SO MANY cute pairs while shopping for you guys! Which ones are your favorite?! I've always been a Nike girl, but I'm seriously crushing on these Adidas from ASOS!

What could be better than being able to workout at home, burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time, AND get some house or computer work done all at once?! I've been doing this workout every Monday and it will kick your booty, but being able to do the dishes or edit some blog photos while I'm working out is an A+ workout in my book. Did you know that Memorial Day weekend is in 94 days? That means bikini season will be here before you know it. Even though you might be snowed in right now, it's time to get motivated! This will be my fourth week doing Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide, and I'm absolutely loving the workouts so far. The resistance workouts are tough, but in just three weeks I have noticed a big difference in muscle tone. If having three more months until the pool opens isn't motivating you to get to the gym, then maybe some cute workout clothes will do the trick. This week my mom and sister-in-law started a new workout created by Kayla Itsines. Even though we don't live in the same city, I couldn't be happier that we are all starting it at the same time. Doing this workout together makes us all accountable but to be honest, nothing motivates me to get into the gym more than cute activewear!
