Mr. Jones and I spent Easter weekend with family in Laguna Beach and had the best time. It was so amazing to get out of the rain and into some sunshine for a long weekend in one of the most beautiful cities there is. I LOVE planning my outfits for our SoCal adventures, and I'm so excited to share all of the outfits I packed with you today!
For the past five years, we've been visiting Southern California at least once, so I'm finally a packing pro and know exactly what to bring. The first time we visited, I didn't realize it got kind of chilly at night even in the summer, so let's just say I felt a little cold (and silly) at night! This time around, I brought 2 jackets that went with all of the outfits I planned and that was plenty.
Luckily, it wasn't jacket weather during the day! We got lucky with some AMAZING beach weather while we were there too!
WHAT I WORE TO THE BEACH // DAY 1
Dwayne got to experience his first true beach day and he was in puppy heaven! Luckily it wasn't too hot for him and he just played and played the entire day. We have a collapsible water bowl for him to keep him hydrated that's perfect for the beach or camping!
WHAT I WORE TO THE BEACH // DAY 2
This one piece bathing suit is sexy without being too revealing and it's also only $46! The sizing is kind of weird (it's in bra sizes), so I went one size up just in case and it fits perfectly! While we were in Cali, I also got to meet some of my blog friends (Jen & Courtnee) whom I've actually never met in real life and it was SO FUN!

WHAT I WORE // DAY 1
On our first day, Mr. Jones and I wandered around Dana Point in the afternoon and stopped by Browne's flower shop. I've always wanted to go there because it's just the cutest place ever and they have the most beautiful selection of flowers I've ever seen! Before that we stopped by Hobie and I picked up this super cute off the shoulder top. It was perfect to wear over my bathing suits with high waisted shorts too!
WHAT I WORE // NIGHT 1
I loved the Marc Fisher Adalyn wedges so much that I splurged on the black pair for this trip! They are so cute with everything and I love how they look with these high waist jeans. I realized after packing that all of my tops for nights out were white, but there's just something about how it looks after you have a nice tan that I can't resist!
WHAT I WORE // DAY 2
Before we headed to the beach, Skyler and I wandered around Laguna Beach and had lunch. It was chilly in the shade, so this jacket was the perfect light layer! I've had my eye on this bag since it came out years ago, and my sister in law was kind enough to let me borrow hers. It's the perfect size and the color literally goes with everything- now I really want it!

On our second night, we had dinner at The Royal Hawaiian and it was SO FUN! They have fun drinks and awesome food and the decor is just so cool. After that we headed to the Marine Room and danced the night away to an amazing band. I loved the sassy low back on this bodysuit and with high waisted jeans it's SUPER flattering!
