CHRISTMAS DECOR 2020 // OUR BLACK & WHITE CHRISTMAS TREE

Every year I intend to go with a completely neutral Christmas tree color scheme and somehow color always creeps in but not this year! It’s 2020 and I kept things black, white, and added pops of neutrals like gold and natural wood elements. I’m so in love with how it turned out- it matches the aesthetic of our home perfectly and I just cant’t stop looking at it! FAUX CHRISTMAS TREE PLANTER POT //

Last year I put our Christmas tree in this sphere planter and y’all went wild! This year I plan on doing the same thing. I love the modern and sleek look of the Christmas tree in a planter and it’s easier to pile up gifts around it. It also makes your tree taller! Instead of a 9’ tree, I got a 7.5’ tree and put it in the sphere planter! You end up needing less ribbon and tree trimmings too which is a win for your budget. CHRISTMAS COOKIE RECIPE //

Growing up we made Christmas cookies every year and still carry-on the tradition with our kids! The Christmas cookie recipe came from the back of a cookie cutter box and it is absolutely delicious! Luckily our neighbor saved the recipe and I wanted to share it with y’all so you too can make these yummy Christmas cookies. I love to individually package them for teachers in a nice basket with gift cards or gift to our neighbors and friends, too!
