It's that time of year again when a lot of us start going back to the gym, drinking smoothies, and become more healthy people! If you're anything like me, you might have over indulged a bit over the holidays and aren't feeling too great about yourself. That's when tunic sweaters like this come to the rescue. Not only are they super comfortable, but they also cover up more than usual and that's just what I need for a few weeks while I bust my booty at the gym!

Speaking of fitness goals in the new year, I wanted to share a few tunes with you that really amp up my sweat sessions. Yesterday I cycled for an hour and despite feeling like I might pass out, these songs really kept me going.
