I’ve already shared my newborn essential baby registry items with y’all here, so today I want to share everything we love for the toddler phase! Registering for a baby shower is overwhelming, so I wanted to break these posts into two so that it was easier to grasp. In today’s post I’m sharing toys we love, feeding essentials, and even some of Jett’s favorite books! All of these items I’m sharing with you today are from Walmart, too. MERCEDES RIDE-ON TOY:
Jett got this G63 Mercedes ride-on toy for his birthday and absolutely loves it! The seat lifts up and has a little compartment in it and he likes to put his toys in it. He just recently started getting on it himself and trying to ride it and it’s just the cutest thing ever. He loves to sit on it and will let me push him around the house. It’s a fun toy and I don’t mind how it looks either! It’s one of the only toys we keep in our living room.
VTECH COUNT AND COMP DINO
This Dinosaur with healthy treats is for counting and learning and it sings cute little songs. It has different settings and will count the tokens you put in its mouth, ask to feed him certain foods, etc. It will say, “feed me the yellow bananas!” so I know that it will be a great learning toy when Jett gets to that stage. He currently is trying to figure out how to put the tokens into the dinosaurs mouth and it’s so cute to watch him slowly learn how to feed him.
VTECH DROP & GO DUMP TRUCK
This dump truck toy is probably one of Jett’s favorite toys. I was so impressed with how quickly he learned how to put the balls into the top and push them down! When the sound is on, there are different settings and one of them counts the balls as they go into the truck. It will be great for learning how to count and learning colors too!
MUSICAL RHYMES BOOK
This cute little musical rhymes book has nursery rhymes on each easy-to-turn page. It sings the nursery rhymes as Jett turns the pages which is so cute. It also has little twists and slide play pieces that keep him more entertained than a board book. I love how small this toy is too!
MAXI-COSI MAGELLAN MAX CONVERTIBLE CAR SEAT
This Maxi-Cosi car seat is what we have for Jett and we absolutely love it! It’s fairly easy to install and very easy to get him in/out of. The cupholder is a nice size and it is also easy to clean. This car seat will also last because it coverts as your child gets large and will fit them until they are up to 120 pounds!
4MOMS TRAVEL PLAYARD
This 4Moms pack ‘n play is AMAZING! We use one of these every time we go to Kentucky and I love how sturdy they are. They’re also a great size compared to a lot of the smaller pack ‘n plays.
MUNCHKIN SNACK CUP
We LOVE these snack cups! I use them for Goldfish, cereal, etc. Nothing too sticky (I learned that the hard way on our flight back from Kentucky)!
MUNCHKIN WEIGHTED STRAW CUP
We love this straw sippy cup! It comes with a little brush cleaner as well so you don’t have to worry about that. It’s also dishwasher safe- major mom win! I love that it has a lid to cover the straw as well so you can throw it in your bag and not worry about it. It’s also a great cup to get your baby familiar with drinking through a straw. This comes in handy when you forget this cup and you’re at a restaurant which just happened to us last weekend. Jett was able to drink from the children’s cup they gave him since he’s used to drinking through a straw- yay!
