Backless loafers might not seem like a trend worth trying, but trust me- there are so many reasons why you should try them! 1. YOUR FEET WILL LOVE THEM- THEY'RE SO COMFORTABLE!
The reason I love this trend so much is that I'm all about comfortable footwear since we walk a lot in the city. These Steve Madden's required zero breaking in- something I'm totally ok with! They also sound like flip flops when you walk- if that doesn't put a smile on your face I don't know what will!
2. THEY'RE PERFECT FOR WORK
Backless loafers are awesome for work and you can give your heels a break- whoohoo! This chic black pair would look so cute and flattering with an all black #ootd! If you're not sold on wearing these to work, then you could always pick up the espadrille version- SO CUTE!
3. NO ONE WILL NOTICE YOU HAVEN'T GOTTEN A PEDICURE
Maybe you're the girl who religiously goes to the nail salon (you go girl!), but for those of us who go way too long without getting our toes polished, then these shoes are a LIFESAVER! Another thing I've noticed is that backless loafers keep your feet significantly warmer than sandals despite having an open back. So they're basically the perfect spring shoe!
