Did you know that Memorial Day weekend is in 94 days? That means bikini season will be here before you know it. Even though you might be snowed in right now, it's time to get motivated! This will be my fourth week doing Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide, and I'm absolutely loving the workouts so far. The resistance workouts are tough, but in just three weeks I have noticed a big difference in muscle tone. If having three more months until the pool opens isn't motivating you to get to the gym, then maybe some cute workout clothes will do the trick. This week my mom and sister-in-law started a new workout created by Kayla Itsines. Even though we don't live in the same city, I couldn't be happier that we are all starting it at the same time. Doing this workout together makes us all accountable but to be honest, nothing motivates me to get into the gym more than cute activewear!
