Did you know that Memorial Day weekend is in 94 days? That means bikini season will be here before you know it. Even though you might be snowed in right now, it's time to get motivated! This will be my fourth week doing Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide, and I'm absolutely loving the workouts so far. The resistance workouts are tough, but in just three weeks I have noticed a big difference in muscle tone.
