Happy New Year, everyone! I am SO excited about 2019 and all of the adventures it has in store. We will be doing some traveling, I’m starting a new job, and our little babe will have so many new firsts. One of our goals in 2019 is to be more active as a family which is why I’m so excited about the UPPAbaby MINU. Keep reading for an honest review and everything we love about this stroller!
When the UPPAbaby MINU arrived at our door, I couldn’t get over how small the box was. It folds up into a small cube and doesn’t take up much space at all. This is perfect for our family because we don’t have a garage and are very short on storage space! After opening the box, I was very impressed with how easy it was to assemble. We have the UPPAbaby VISTA and the latch to open the stroller is exactly the same, so it was easy to figure out. All I had to do was pop on the wheels and attach the canopy and it was ready to go!
For travel, this stroller is ideal. The travel bag for the MINU is padded AND has backpack straps. I was able to wheel both of my suitcases, carry Jett on my chest in a carrier, and have the backpack on my back on the way out of the airport! The entire stroller is under 15 pounds so it’s super easy to carry with the carrying strap or when it’s in the backpack storage bag. Another great feature of the travel bag is that you can register it with UPPAbaby’s TravelSafe program. Once you register your travel bag, any damage incurred to your MINU stroller will be covered! They also have bags for the VISTA and I would highly recommend them.
The carrying strap is also convenient for getting the stroller in and out of the car. When we were in Kentucky for Christmas, I borrowed my moms SUV and the carrying strap made it easy to pop the stroller in and out of the car. Another feature of this stroller that I love is that it can recline! We went to a family game place with my sister and cousins while we were in town and the MINU stroller was PERFECT! Jett was able to sit up and watch his cousins play games and look at all of the lights and then when he got sleepy, I reclined the seat and he fell asleep instantly. The stroller has surprisingly smooth ride for a compact stroller, so he didn’t wake up even as we strolled to the car.
Overall, I would say that this compact stroller is well worth the investment. You can even get adapters for this stroller to use it with the UPPAbaby carseat! I absolutely love the convenience of having a compact stroller and I know we will use it more and more as Jett gets bigger this year. I'm so excited for what 2019 has in store, I hope you are too!

Haley
UPDATE:
We’ve now had this stroller for almost 5 months and we LOVE it. Skyler takes it to the gym every weekend and this past weekend I actually used it for a long (4.5 mile) walk. The UPPAbaby VISTA was in my car which wasn’t at our house so I decided to take the MINU for a spin. Jett loves being in this stroller and when I saw that he was getting sleepy, I just laid the back down and he slept for about 3 of the 4.5 miles! We went up major hills, through crosswalks and intersections and he didn’t wake up once. This travel stroller is truly an amazing ride for your little one and I can’t recommend it enough!
