Traveling, not having a gym membership, and being short on time are all great excuses to skip a workout, but not anymore! The workout in today's post was created last year when I was traveling non-stop and had no place to workout or a hotel gym with insufficient equipment. To stay in shape, I had to get very creative and today I'm sharing a convenient no-equipment cardio workout you can do anywhere!
I jokingly call this my "jail workout" because it requires little to no space- perfect for hotel rooms! You also don't have to lay on the sketchy hotel carpet (because that's just gross!). If you're just getting back into the workout game, take it easy on yourself and just do 4 sets your first time (20 minutes total) and work your way up! The 15 second rest periods are optional, but recommended if you're trying this for the first time.
